A little piece of sparkling fierceness. Size 6.
A beautifully pastel & red colored specimen of agatized dinosaur bone from southern Utah, polished so as to reveal the structure of the bone.
Set in distressed 22k gold and hammered sterling silver, with the inscription “Clever Girl” on the side of the band; even people who aren’t Dinosaur nerds will remember the iconic line from the original Jurassic Park.
A highly individualized, one of a kind piece, I’m looking forward to sending this to it’s new home. Sometimes I get the sense that a very unique piece has a destiny to go to someone in particular, and I get that sense from this one.
Who does this really belong to? We’ll find out. Size six is fairly small… so “though she be but little, she is fierce.”
These fossils are generally highly fragmented into rubble and difficult to identify, so the species unknown, but polish into gems beautifully.
