A heavy, hammered fine silver cuff, about size 5.75, with five stunning natural Amethysts, in the coveted deep Siberian color. With undertones of both violet and indigo, the center stone in particular is truly captivating.
Hand forged with hammer and anvil from start to finish, this cuff has substance and character, and is true heirloom quality. After initial forging, it was hammered over an antique Navajo cuff mandrel to achieve the final shape.

I'm a believer in using old, handmade tools whenever possible. These tools have gravity and intention built into them, which influences the finished pieces. The texture on the underside of the cuff is from both the anvil and the mandrel, and is burnished in place rather than sanded off, as to me this unique texture is part of what makes cuffs like these special.
