Nipomo Marcasite agate is a rare collector’s stone from Nipomo, California. It is characterized by semi transparent white, gold and gray agate with metallic plumes of pyrite. The source has been largely inaccessible to rock hounds for many years now.
This is another example of a time when I felt it best to let a truly one of a kind specimen speak for itself, as a solitaire.
Sterling silver band for durability, bright white fine silver setting. On the more finished side for my work, just a touch of organic character left in. Size 6.
